Thorncombe Football Club play on Saturday afternoons in the Perry Street and District League, a league consisting of five divisions based around Chard, Ilminster and Crewkerne in Somerset, along with clubs from just over the border in Devon and Dorset.
We run a local cricket team that plays both weekend friendles and Wednesday evening league cricket in the Chard league.
The Club supports two skittle alleys and has teams entered in both the ladies and gents divisions of the Axminster Skittle League, the Three Counties League, the Club’s Summer League and our own In-House Sunday Skittle League.
Darts has been a key feature of club life for many years. The clubhouse is an ideal venue for darts playing – supporting a total of 13 boards if needed.
