Wednesday 15th May Club AGM: starts at 8pm. All members welcome, please come along and support your club.
Pilates on Thursdays at 10am. The session will be run by Belle Palmer (a very experienced instructor, who has previously run classes in Thorncombe). Classes will last 1 hour and cost just £5 per person. If you would like more details, Belle can be contacted on 07593 299284
Welcome to Thorncombe Sports and Social Club. We are a community amateur sports club and for over fifty years we have been providing vital sporting and social facilities to our local community in West Dorset.
We host a wide range of sports teams from football and cricket through to table skittles and the club bar functions as the village pub. You can find more details here on this site.
We're always open to new members, so whether you're just visiting for a day or you're a permanent resident please come and see us!
The bar is expertly run by our bar manager Pete. We sell the usual lagers, wines and ciders along with two (beautifully kept) real ales, usually from local West Country brewerys.
The bar opens at 7.30 every evening except on Fridays when we open our doors at 5.30pm. It is also open during the day when a home cricket or football match is on.
